1.   Reservation to Rent

This must be signed by you and turned in with the security deposit in order to reserve your apartment at Jack Scott.

2.   Applications

Fill out the complete application and be sure to sign and date the back.

3.   Personal Guarantee

There is a form that must be completed by someone who will provide rental assistance for you (in most cases a parent or guardian.) This form must then must be attached to your application or turned in at the manager’s office along with a copy of the parent/guardian’s driver’s license (in order to verify their signature).
